Best time to go
Spring (April–June) and autumn (September–November) are the most pleasant. Valleys turn green in spring and the vineyards turn gold in autumn. Midday in summer can be very hot, so bring a hat and plenty of water. In winter, trails can be snowy and slippery.

Moderate. There are gentle ups and downs but nothing technical. Anyone who walks regularly will be comfortable.
