Best time to go
Balloons fly all year. Weather is most stable from April to October, so cancellations are least likely then. Winter brings snow-covered valleys and unforgettable views, but wind and fog cause more cancellations, so we recommend keeping a spare morning in your plans.

What happens if the weather is bad?+
Flight permission is issued every morning by Turkey's Directorate General of Civil Aviation (SHGM), based on the weather. If your flight is cancelled you get a full refund, or we can move you to another day if there is availability.
Can children join?+
Children aged 6 and over can fly with an adult, as long as they are tall enough to see comfortably over the basket.
Who cannot fly?+
For safety reasons, pregnant guests, anyone who has had recent surgery, and people with serious heart or back conditions cannot fly. If you are unsure, message us before booking.
What should I wear?+
Mornings are cool, so dress in layers. You may feel heat from the burners, so a hat and comfortable closed shoes are recommended.
